As a full-service camp and retreat center, we offer on-site accommodations, recreational facilities, dining services, and a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate groups of any size. Our staff takes care of all the logistical details of housing, feeding, and hosting your people, so you can focus on investing in them and their growth.

Our Location
Located in Central New Hampshire on the shores of Newfound Lake just two hours from Boston, Camp Berea is convenient for groups from all over New England—yet miles away from the distractions of daily life.
Meeting spaces and recreation
Meeting spaces
We have a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate whatever style of programming you have planned. Indoor spaces include a gym with a stage and full audio/video, a lodge, a chapel, and private meeting rooms, equipped with amenities such as TVs, whiteboards, and projectors. During warmer weather, we also have outdoor meeting spaces available, including our scenic waterfront and hilltop amphitheater.
Spaces can seat 25-300 people, and our team will advise you on the perfect meeting space for you!

Gym
Can seat 300+. Equipped with a stage with a projector and 2 TVs, sound equipment, and lights.

Lodge
Can seat up to 100. Equipped with a fireplace, sound equipment, and a projector.

A-Frame Chapel
Can seat up to 200. Equipped with sound equipment and a projector.

Amphitheater
Can seat up to 100+. Equipped with a fire pit and stocked wood.

Lydia Room
Can seat up to 40. Equipped with a TV and whiteboard. Located in the Gym building.

Ruth Room
Can seat up to 40. Equipped with a TV and whiteboard. Located in the Gym building.

Bottom of the Welcome Center
Can seat up to 25. Equipped with a whiteboard (TV is available upon request).

Outdoor Spaces
Outdoor spaces such as the hill amphitheater, waterfront steps, and firepits are also available.

Timothy Room
Can seat up to 70. Equipped with a TV and whiteboard. Located in the Gym building.
On-site recreation
Add a little adventure to your next group getaway. Included in all reservations is access to our two-court gymnasium (basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, etc.), sports fields (soccer, kickball, etc.), lodge with ping pong and foosball tables, indoor and outdoor gaga courts, swimming, and fire pits.
For an additional fee, we can also arrange staff-led camp activities just for your group. These include:
- Boat rides
- High ropes course
- Indoor and outdoor climbing wall
- Hatchet throwing
- Archery
- Kayaking and canoeing
- Riflery

Accommodations
Basic Cabins
Our primary accommodations are camp-style cabins that sleep from 4 to 12 people, giving you tons of flexibility in group size and housing arrangements.
- Outfitted with twin bunk beds with mattresses (guests provide linens and towels)
- En suite bathrooms with sink, toilet, and standup shower
- Fully winterized
Hotel-Style Cabins
Looking for an upgrade? Our hotel-style cabins offer more privacy and larger beds with sweeping lakeside views.
- Max capacity: 4 people
- Two room styles: queen bed with pullout couch or full bed with twin bunk beds
- En suite bathrooms with sink, toilet, and standup shower
- Linens and towels provided
- Fully winterized
- Located right on the water

Dining
Sit back, relax, and let us do the cooking. Your booking includes meals for all members of your group. Meals are served buffet style in our dining hall.
Allergy-friendly accommodations are available upon request. When multiple groups are on-site at the same time, groups are assigned tables to guarantee seating together.
